Refund Policy
All boots from our Classic Collections are applicable for refunds if you are unsatisfied with the product once it is received. Any cancellations prior to receiving the product are subject to a 30% restocking fee as stated in our cancellation policy.
Boots in our Luxury and Bespoke collection are non refundable. These boots will be remade to the correct measurements if it was our fault that they were not made to the agreed & input measures or you can return them for store credit.
We stand by the fit of our boots and you will never be left with a pair of boots that do not fit in accordance to the measurements that were taken at the time of the order when it was placed. We cannot take responsibility for weight gain or loss that changes your measurements from the time of order to time of receipt.
All refunds will be refunded to the form of payment on file that was used at time of purchase. You will see the refund on your account within 25 business days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Due to the highly individualized nature of custom boots, these products are non-refundable. We do guarantee that they will be produced to the measurements ordered. In the exceedingly rare event of a manufacturer issue, we will fix the boots or remake the boots if produced to inaccurate measurements. All Vox Imports Alberto Fasciani boots have a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects such as snaps, zippers, stitching and spines. After 30 days, the longevity of your boots is directly related to your care. Please know that leather, as an organic material will stretch and show signs of wear with time.
Vox Imports cannot be held liable for issues outside of our control such as fluctuations in size due to injury, weight loss or gain, or swelling, or the selection of the incorrect foot size.
